Lotus Root Gumbo 4.16.11 class

Lotus Root Gumbo: from soup class 4-16-11
as always an arbitrary title...
 sage and rosemary from my garden...
 lotus root (renkon) and daikon...

kabocha (Japanese winter squash)
maitake (forest mushroom)
